DLS’s mission is to be a pioneer in Capability-Building Outsourcing. DLS focuses on capability-building in disciplines that are: (a) in strong demand with organizations and individuals, (b) effectively delivered in an IT-enabled (e-learning, mobile apps) manner, and (c) not broadly available via traditional educational/training channels.

Prof. Wadhwa as an award-winning educator and a pioneer in Innovation, Strategic Problem-Solving and the Science of Leadership. He has forged partnerships with pre-eminent scientists and psychotherapists who are also high-impact educators.
DLS leverages these experts to develop a core base of innovative digital content that includes (a) classes and interviews done with these individuals, (b) case studies and interviews with certain targeted best practice organizations and individuals, and (c) a set of digital/mobile applications.
